After the release of Picknick, Boudewijn was having words with his lyricist Lennaert Nijgh. This resulted in Boudewijn giving the songs for Picknick's follow up to other artists (like Ramses Shaffy and Liesbeth List) and recording new songs in a reclusive commune. This resulted in the spooky record Nacht en ontij. The long Heksen-Sabbath is an aural pleasure, a tale about witches and kobolds. Just sit back take some tea and enjoy the ride!!
